I got an al pastor quesadilla for $11 at El Gallo, an affordable option in notoriously pricey Dumbo, the Times Square of Brooklyn. I gotta say I'm very in on lettuce inside a quesadilla. It really benefits from the crunch and a little bit of green stuff and pushes it towards Crunchwrap Supreme territory which feels comforting.
