I felt right at home at Ho Foods as I sat down on the exact same plastic stool I have in my apartment. Impeccable interior design taste aside, they're known for their Taiwanese breakfast. I got a fan tuan for $8.50 and woodear mushrooms for $6. I've never met a woodear I didn't like and it's probably hard to find a more texturally interesting bite than rice, youtiao, and pork floss.
