When you're running late for your train and you're also starving Cesar's Empanadas never lets you down. Stationed right outside of Atlantic Terminal it's a beacon of hope before entering the land of $10 hot dogs at Barclay's Center. I ordered chicken & cheese and beef & veggie empanadas for $4 each.
