The Jamaican patty is essentially a set of green flags for me: well spiced, affordable, and portable. I stopped by Juici Patties in Bed-Stuy for their two patty combo with a drink for $9.99. They have a kiosk you can order on which those of us with social anxiety may enjoy, but is admittedly dystopian. I got spicy beef and curry chicken patties and a mango juice which added up to a very orange colored meal. Apparently they also have a bunch of locations in Florida, a red flag I've chosen to ignore.
