Shan is one of my favorite spots for dinner, but there's almost nothing I love more than a lunch special. While not the cheapest with options between $12 and $18 I think it delivers on value. I got the snow pea shoots with garlic which comes with sides of hot and sour soup, Szechuan pickled vegetable, and white rice for $15. It's filling without being immediately nap-inducing and the dining room is the perfect blend of classy and efficient, a balance I aspire to personally.
