It's good to know there are still some honorable places in this town where tea is complimentary. On Google this place is called Happy Stony Noodle, but I saw no evidence of that name in the restaurant. Zou Li Jan Ramen as the sign says is serving up Taiwanese food and I opted for a pickled cabbage soup with pork and rice cakes. It was nourishing with a generous amount of pork, although the broth could've been more flavorful.
