Visiting the dosa man in Washington Square Park is definitely a bucket list item, but the wait will have you considering the merits of the sunk cost fallacy. There seemed to be someone working there whose only job was to hand out napkins—some type of executive training program perhaps. I got a masala dosa for $9 which comes with a vegetable lentil soup and coconut chutney.
