Punjab Deli has quite the operation going microwaves-wise. For me this was a treat since I don't actually have a microwave. Basically, they have a bunch of numbered dishes set out in a buffet and you pick the numbers you want (2 for $8) and they put them over rice and throw them in the microwave. In my experience some parts will still be cold, but it's an imperfect technology. The food was pretty flavorful and well spiced, although not the most photogenic. They let you eat standing up which is actually my favorite way to eat lunch.
