Downtown Brooklyn for all its flaws does seem to be blessed with a lot of good Asian food. The Hong Kong-based Yuan Is Here is the latest entrant and offers up a slate of affordable Taiwanese food. I got the Deluxe Lu Rou Fan for $10. It was comforting though a bit on the bland side. I'll be back for some popcorn chicken though.
