If nothing else you get to learn the parts of the pig at Carnitas Ramirez. But they also have some of the best tacos in NYC so please eat something. I'm a sucker for pig ear so that was top of my list and I'm also a sucker for not making decisions so my second choice was surtida (a bit of everything). The tacos are $5 each and you can dress them up how you like at the well stocked condiment bar.
