I stopped by El Sazón for the $10 Dominican smashburger as I wandered around Chinatown looking for wooden spoons that I inexplicably decided I needed. Fried cheese seemed to be the key ingredient and one I wish found its way into more of my meals. They have plenty of other Dominican lunch options for $11.95 if you're not in the mood for a burger.
